<li>All received orders will be shipped within 72 hours</li>
<li>We are happy to accept Returns &amp; Exchanges provided the merchandise is un-used, un-washed, un-altered, condition.</li>
<li>All orders shipping from our US warehouse outside of North America will receive a flat rate shipping &amp; handling fee of $45 USD.</li>

<h4 class="heading__text">Returns &amp; Exchanges</h4>
</div>
<p>Returned merchandise will be accepted in un-used, un-washed, un-altered condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.</p>
<p>Exchanged merchandise will be accepted in un-used, un-washed, un-altered condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please allow 48-72 orders for new merchandise to be shipped.</p>
<p>Returned &amp; Exchanged merchandise should be returned to the below address at customer’s expense* We highly recommend you use a trackable or insured service when returning merchandise.</p>
<p>*For Returns or Exchanges that are the result of defective merchandise or receiving an incorrect order Return shipping service will be paid by Barking Irons.</p>

<li style="text-align: left;">Merchandise must be un-used, un-washed, un-altered in any way and deemed New (as shipped) upon receipt at our facility.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Pack and seal in same or equivalent packaging as it was received.</li>

<p>International orders shipping to locations outside of North America are covered under our International Flat Rate of $45 USD. Please allow up to two weeks transit time for international orders.</p>
<p>Barking Irons reserves the right to refuse international orders that require higher than average shipping charges.</p>
<p>International returns or exchanges are subject to the same polices as domestic orders.</p>

<p>If you received your order and something is not quite as you ordered it, please contact us immediately and someone will get back to you shortly.</p>
<p>For any defective or damaged merchandise, or if did not receive the correct items per your order confirmation, Barking Irons will send you a return shipping label and work to resolve the issue quickly.</p>
<p>Please note Barking Irons is only responsible to ship orders as they appear on the order confirmation.</p>
<p>If you notice an error on your order confirmation please contact us immediately and we will try to amend before your items ship.</p>
